Buying Process - 4 options:
1. Deal with seller directly - Trevor (see offer process below).
2. Deal with seller's realtor directly.
3. Engage your own realtor and deal with seller directly. A commission is available to your realtor.
4. Engage your own realtor and have them deal with seller's realtor. A commission is available to both realtors.

Offer Process when dealing with seller directly:
1. Email trevorjanz@gmail.com to request a standard offer to purchase. Information about the land will be pre-entered for your convenience.
2. Complete the offer and call Trevor at (780) 232-9713 to arrange for delivery of your written offer. A deposit cheque of $500 should be included with the offer.
3. We have the option of accepting, countering or rejecting the offer within the time limit written in the offer.
4. Feel free to engage a real estate lawyer at the beginning of this process if you choose.
